1 min read

For years I’ve wondered why on earth I heard everywhere that 37°C (98.6°F) is considered an average temperature when clearly that is not the case for the women in my clinic. I discovered the reason today. In this video I share with you what average basal body temperature to expect in your follicular & luteal phase when you have a healthy cycle & fertility chart. Because yes, we should expect TWO average BBT’s as women that are still having their cycle! Anything that is outside of these healthy ranges, can be an indication of inflammation or a hormonal imbalance including adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism and luteal phase defect.
