1. Standard Plank – 1:12
2. Walking Plank – 1:33
3. Spiderman Plank – 1:51
In a nutshell:
1. The first plank variation you can use is the infamous standard plank
Just get down on the floor and bend your elbows 90 degrees, resting your weight on your forearms.
Your elbows should be directly beneath your shoulders, and your body should form a straight line from your head to your feet.
Hold this position for 2 minutes.
2. Now for the second variation, the walking plank
Same concept as the standard plank except this time you’re going to rest your weight on your arms instead of your elbows.
Also, your hands should be on top of each other to shift some of the pressure onto your arms.
Once again hold for 120 seconds.
3. The third and final variation is, Spiderman Plank
As for how it’s done, it involves all the same steps as the standard plank, with the added final step of bending one of your legs and keeping it in the air while moving it forward.
Alternate between these 3 variations and hold each one for at least 2 minutes.
Do this for 30 days straight and watch your body completely transform from what it looked like on day 1.
