You can do any exercise in the world, but if your diet is wrong, you won’t be making much progress.

How can I improve my diet you ask?
Well firstly if you need to get rid of excess fat you need to reduce your calorie intake and create what is known as a calorie deficit.
Basically, you need to consume slightly less calories than you need in a day.

Once the stored fat starts going away, you’ll start to see some changes in your body shape.
Now here’s the important part,
Without exercise your metabolism isn’t going to be fast enough to create a calorie deficit.

If you don’t work out, your body isn’t going to need extra calories so why would it burn the stored ones when it doesn’t need them.
Working out with the right diet is the solution to your issues.
