In a nutshell:

I Train Arms Every Day And This Is What Happened Training your arms for optimal muscle growth or any other benefits that come with it isn`t a matter of the number of days you train them. Nevertheless, if you insist on training your arms every day, then so be it. But you should know that the general rule for arm training is between 2-6 times weekly. Now, what happens then if you train your arms often? Stick around until the end to know the answers to those questions and many other important things about arm training.

Ideally, the more frequently you train arms, the less you should perform per day. But first thing first, to fully understand the importance of arm training, here are the muscles that make up your arm: Like the triceps, the biceps also have more than one muscular head. And similar to optimal triceps training, a solid arms training program should incorporate movements that target both heads of the biceps. Nevertheless, specific exercises like three-way chin-up hold and towel pull-up can further improve grip strength and overall forearm development.

What happens if you train your arms on continuous days Countless researches have shown how strength exercises like weight lifting, bicep curls, and other arm exercises can positively influence the cardiovascular system. Furthermore, stretching your arms can fortify your muscles for strengthening exercises, which in turn, build your endurance. Regular arm exercises strengthen your heart and improve circulation, eventually reducing your risk of heart disease. Meanwhile in distance running, toned arms swing and move more quickly and effectively, thus, increasing step frequency.

Suffice it to say, the importance of upper body strength for good running performance should never be underestimated. If your running can be improved by stronger arms then so does your workout performance. Next up is how training your arms amplify your exercise sessions: If you still haven`t got some arm exercises in your workout regime, then now is the best time to add some upper body training. For example, in swimming, stronger arms and shoulders propel your body through the water, thus, improving your performance.

Moreover, arm workouts can strengthen your bones by building bone density, which is especially crucial in later life, such as reducing the risk of osteoporosis and the like. Do you perform lots of tasks every day? Additionally, arm exercises are an incredible way of strengthening and toning your core as your abdominal muscles engage when performing the repetitions. With the frequency of workout, you`re going, it`s only a matter of time before your muscles are all sore. You`re very likely to have more muscle soreness with this style of workout.

Sore muscles mean your muscles are working to adapt to your workout. So, take a step back and assess where else you can train your arms in the week then split it up. The same can be said with training several days a week or more so,
