Quitting on sugar isn`t a diet trend so if you`re hungry, eat something and don`t hold back. And at snack time, you`re likely to pick savory options instead of sweets and you feel better for it.
But it`s only until the 30th day of going without sugar that you truly gain remarkable health benefits like improved skin. Excess sugar consumption can cause oily skin, which in turn, can lead to acne. So, by quitting sugar, you`ll have a less oily T-zone and a lesser chance of having acne. 2.
