In the final part of the episode, UCLA BrainSPORT Sports Neurologists, Dr. Kevin Bickart and Adel discuss the use of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to treat different neurological conditions, including post-concussion symptoms. The pair discuss how this treatment can tie into Autonomic Nervous System dysfunction and the use of fMRI and other measures of the Autonomic Nervous System, such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), to monitor response to treatment.
