1. Do physical exercise. Exercising will protect your brain from degeneration, and it helps your brain to be sharp all the time.

Doing regular exercises will increase the oxygen to your brain, which then reduces the risks for any mental and physical disorders that lead to memory loss, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

2. Get enough sleep. A 20-minute nap or also known as a power nap is a great way to enhance your attention and motor skills effortlessly.

While an hour up to 90 minutes of sleep will make new connections in your brain that will help you solve complicated problems.

By engaging in small talk, it will make you think faster in order to respond to the conversations

4. Add new hobbies to your daily routine.

Go to different places, engage in new activities may it be playing online games or learning to play musical instruments. Engaging in new hobbies will make your brain process new pieces of information.

5. Organize your stuff. Clean, rearrange or declutter your room or your house. Add some labels to the jars in your pantry or kitchen cabinets, post sticky notes on your study or work desk, and make sure you stay focused while doing it.
